Jointly appointed within Duke Divinity School\nand the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences of Duke University Medical Center\, he is co-director of the Theology\, Medicine\, and Culture Initiative and is a staff psychiatrist at the Durham VA Medical Center.
